Everything you need to know about Subsidiary Protection
Following the recent publication of new Subsidiary Protection Regulations by the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, UNCHR Ireland have released a helpful infographic to clearly show how the new procedures will operate. The New Subsidiary Protection (SP) Procedure applies to all people who have already applied for SP but have had not received a decision. It is also for people who applied for SP for the first time after 14 November 2013.
