Notice to Subsidiary Protection Applicants

The INIS has recently put in place new procedures for subsidiary protection. All persons who are awaiting determination of their subsidiary protection application should have received a letter from INIS asking for confirmation as to whether they wish to continue with or withdraw their subsidiary protection application. If applicants have not received this letter they should immediately contact their legal representative and ask them to contact ORAC as soon as possible.
